Ricky Garcia was born in the city of Cologne, the capital of German Karneval. Influenced by the playing of Andy Timmons, Joe Satriani, and Steve Vai, Ricky discovered his passion for the guitar. It was then he wanted to be a full time musician and studied recording studio business in Colonge. After 2 years of working in the industry, he started to spend more time recording his own songs to fulfill his desire to sharpen his guitar skills. He then went to Boston to Berklee College of Music to fulfill his dream.

Soon after graduating from Berklee he went on to join European rock band Lafee where he went on to 1.2 million records, 8 gold, 3 platinum records, two No. 1 albums and playing major venues around the world!
